DIRECT DEPOSIT
You can receive your child support payments through direct deposit. Direct deposit is safe and convenient. Instead of the ACDD printing and mailing you a check, you will avoid the possibility of your check being lost or stolen and the delays of waiting for a replacement check.
Direct deposit is available for recipients whose child support payments are processed by the ACDD and who have a bank account in their name.
Your payment information will continue to be available on the ACDD voice response and at the payment information button on our web site.
How to apply:
Read and complete our direct deposit authorization agreement (document requires Adobe Acrobat Reader to view) and return the original copy along with a voided check or preprinted deposit slip to the ACDD, P.O. Box 4960, Montgomery, Alabama 36103-4960.
